The design team allows us to support you and your vision while we embark on your custom project. We’ve streamlined the process to manage projects successfully and accurately. Budgeting and scheduling are essential, so we have broken everything down into 3 phases which we refer to as 33-33-34.
Pre-construction, laying the foundation for a positive construction project. We provide essential guidance during phase 1; we work with the same reputable contractors repeatedly leading to substantial time and price savings.
The bidding process will offer a detailed breakdown of materials, labor, and date of completion. During this Phase 1 we will discuss preparations for site work. Including but not limited to, dirt work, land clearing, concrete slabs, building location, electrical, spray foam, and custom design of your building to give you an overall quote that is accurate and guaranteed.
During phase 1, upon approval of you custom design plans, Materials will be ordered.
The foundation we established during pre-construction is necessary for a better overall experience with your custom 4G Metal Building.
Construction, our crew of highly efficient craftsmen take project designs from concept to inception, to completion, while our Project Manager maintains tight control over costs and schedules.
During phase two, there are many variations of what can happen depending on your pre-construction plans made during phase 1.
Site Preparation – Including land clearing, demolition, excavation, and grading.
Material Receiving – inspecting all materials upon delivery for damages, organizing materials for project
Concrete – Pouring the foundation ensuring it is level and adequately cured
Framing – Welding columns, beams and rafters
Door/Windows – Installation of doors and windows according to your custom design plans.
Sheeting – Installing wall and roof panels securing them to the frame
Electrical – Wiring Electrical and ensuring all installations comply with local code and safety standards
Insulation – regulating the buildings temperature and reducing energy cost, 4G has Spray Foam insulation services
Congratulations of Completion, final walk through and approval. We will schedule a final inspection to ensure that your 4G Metal Building is what you envisioned for your custom steel building. During this final inspection we will address any issues you may have, ensuring they are taken care of efficiently and professionally.
